Job hunting

I’m hoping posting this will give me some ideas I maybe haven’t considered. I am desperately seeking new employment. Like to the point where I’m applying for fast food jobs. I work in corporate currently and have been since 2019, I did take a break and go to a private salon in 2023 but ended up coming back December that same year just because the private salon was not a good fit for multiple reasons and I really needed job so I decided to come back to corporate. I left thinking things would get getter and eventually they did but as soon as I came back it started falling apart again at my store and due to several incidents involving coworkers, I am now in the same position I was when I left. I have been back with them for a little over a year and a half now and things have only gotten worse. I’ve come to the conclusion that as long as we have the management we have, I cannot succeed in this salon. I also think the company has gone really downhill and I don’t want to be the kind of groomer they want to make money off of while they live a nice and comfortable life when I can’t even afford my rent.

I am absolutely miserable for and need to find a new job asap. I have tried multiple different methods and I haven’t really gotten luck with interviews and such. I’m not really sure if there’s anything else I could be doing to help. I’m too poor to quit without having another job already set up so I quite literally cannot even think about quitting until that happens. Any suggestions would help. I’ve seen people mention dog walking/dog sitting but I’m not sure if that’s something I wanna gamble rn for income.
