My courier refuses to deliver my package on several different occasions.

I've had multiple couriers lie multiple times for multiple different packages when it comes to delivery. They say I refused delivery, or they got into an accident or they ran into traffic. All of which are lies and they just simply do not want to deliver to me. I live in the middle of the city and am paying cod. Not sure why they lie but it happens constantly. I report it to Lazada and nothing is done. Same couriers getting my packages then lying about three different delivery attempts until it gets sent back. This is crazy.
