Pls help me choose between m16 & z10x.

Hi. My budget is 13k, can extend to 13.5k with charger. I have no cards or offers. Currently samsung m16 is for 12,250 without charger and iqoo z10x is 13,500 with charger.so both will cost almost the same. I liked m35 but even with offer it'd be 13500 without charger, so that's out of budget. Which one among m16 n z10x has better camera (or camera close to m35)? My requirements are good camera.no gaming. Thank you.
