Anyone into MMA training near JBR?

Is there anyone here who practices MMA around the JBR area in Dubai? I'm curious to know if there are people—beginners or advanced—who train in their free time.

Also, what do you usually bring to casual sparring sessions? I assume boxing gloves and mouth guards are a must, right?
