Eye graffiti dreams

Hi, I am a psychic and been dreaming a lot seeing eyes and seeing a little green alien figure with swirling eyes, matching EXACTLY like the graffiti all over Minneapolis. Has anyone else had similar dreams or know why the artist drew them?
