Is it normal for long form videos to get 0 impressions or?

I thought each video normal gets a certain amount of seed impressions for the algorithm to figure out if it’s worth recommending more. Trying to figure out if I’m shadow banned or something. Cuz how are you supposed to get views if you get zero impressions, at that point it’s not even about having bad content or thumbnails.
