How would you implement a karmic bomb for concrete in InFamous Second Son ?

Unfortunately, out of 4 powers we control ,only 3 of them get karmic bombs and concrete is the most underwhelming power there is without a karmic bomb.

So I direct this question to you what would a karmic bomb for concrete be ?

Like as far as I can see, we take some inspiration from augustine’s power like being engulfed in rocks and then firing a huge barrage of small concretes in an area or having a shockwave like power where you would summon huge spikes out of the ground

Though, my ideas may not be so original, I was wondering what you guys think regarding this, I am sure there should be a concept art of a karmic bomb for concrete, however I have yet to see it anywhere.
