Every morning, a new song in my head

Ok, I've read that having ear worms can be something typical for ADHD and AuDHD. But every morning I wake up with a different song stuck in my head. Every morning. It might be a song I've heard recently or it might be one I haven't heard in decades. It might be a song I hate.

Sometimes it's stuck in my head all day. Usually just the chorus or a riff. But honestly it's agony sometimes and makes me feel crazy or like it's going to drive me crazy.

Anyone else deal with this or am I nuts?
