Quick Correct heartcell drop chance?

Hey! My wife and I are currently working our way through our Coda Liches and to the best of our knowledge/recollection, I don't think we've ever seen a heartcell drop from the potency mod Quick Correct. We've done 11 liches each, and you get what, 3-4 stabs with the potency mods equipped? Either we've got the worst luck ever or they might not actually drop at 10%, has anybody else seen them drop or had a similar experience? At this point I'm assuming just bad luck and not that they drop straight into your inventory and ignore the end of mission screen?
