how to remove game from recently played list

hello this is quite an embarrassing question to ask. i was curious about this nsfw game i’ve seen and downloaded a demo and as soon as a opened it instant regret. but i never realized it shows up for other people to see. i’ve deleted the game and hid my settings but i want to delete it from my recently played list not hide it for others i want to not see it anymore either. anyone have any idea? i’m new to steam so this is finicky for me.
