Two Rock Island passenger trains were still serving Des Moines, Iowa in this scene taken on August 31, 1967. Train 10, the former Corn Belt Rocket at left, had arrived from Omaha with repowered DL109 #621, an E7 and an E3, while Train 18, the Plainsman, at right had backed in with E7A #636.
