Have You Received Sanitation Tickets Despite a Clean Property?

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this:

You keep your sidewalk and front area clean, you even have time-stamped photos or cameras showing everything was fine—but you still get hit with a sanitation ticket. And in some cases, you check your cameras and no one from sanitation even came by during the time the ticket was issued.

Has this happened to you more than once? Have you tried disputing it, and what was the outcome?

Curious to know if this is happening to others.
