Original Game

Hiiii! As someone who is super late to the party and started playing a little over a month ago, I was just curious about the game when it first came out. How different is it from then to now? Were Xavier, Zayne and Rafayel always there from the beginning? Were the combat options relatively the same? Fun time games? Just wondering about LAD roots lol.
