Playing Chess in Hanoi (for fun or tournaments)

Hello!
Is there any place where people get together to play chess in Hanoi? Or just bars or places where people hang out playing some blitz, or clubs where people go to play.

I'm rated around 2000, would like to play some games with people, or even play 1-day tournaments if they are available.
