What Antique Object Do You Wish was Still in Common Use? USA

What is your favorite antique object that you wish was still common today? Personally, I love locket watches and fancy letter openers!

I’m going to get my first apartment, and I’d like to add some antique style objects here and there to give it some spice lol.

I’d love you hear about your favorite things, whether it can give me some ideas or even just to learn about some amazing antiques!
