Asked for Employment End Date After Submission, But Salary Has Increased

Hi everyone,

We applied for a UK spouse visa and submitted all our supporting documents, including my sponsor’s employment letter. The letter included his employment start date and salary at the time, but it did not mention an end date.

We’ve now been contacted and asked to provide a document stating the end date of his employment. Since submitting the original letter, his salary has increased.

Would this affect the application? Should I upload his most recent payslip to reflect the change? And would it be helpful to include a short cover letter explaining the updated salary?

Any advice or shared experience would be really appreciated. Thank you!
