Has anyone filled the vawa application by themselves?

Hello! I am planning on filing my own vawa application as soon as possible and I don’t have money for a lawyer and so far the associations that I’ve tried to contact to get legal assistance are telling me that they are not taking cases at this moment or that they have a long time waiting list. Therefore I have been thinking about trying to do everything by myself but I feel a little scared and confused on how to do it. That’s why I was wondering if there is anyone on here that has filled the application by themselves and how it went. Thank you!
