What’s actually worked for you when trying to reduce screen time?
I’ve been stuck in that loop of opening Instagram/YouTube without even thinking, and then wondering where 40 minutes went.
I know I’m not the only one, so I’ve been talking to a few people about what actually helps stop this, not just the “delete the app” advice that never lasts.
Out of curiosity 👇
What worked for you (if anything)?
And what usually triggers you to scroll in the first place?
I’ve also been experimenting with an idea that might help, but before I go deeper into it, I just want to hear from people who’ve been through it or are still stuck.
Feel free to share your thoughts. This stuff’s been messing with me for a while now, and I want to do something real about it.
