Why does the manwha need to aura farm so heavily?

I’m on chapter 85 and in the beginning I understood why they had to show how impressive Arthur was and he gained more power so people will stay impressed but after a while it got so redundant that I barely wanted to read it because it felt like every two chapters it wasn’t about the plot it was about how everyone was so impressed with Arthur. Also the thing I hate the most is how the character evolved he said he was gonna lead a better life and all that but all he does is become super cocky with everyone and then people just talk about his bloodlust then introduce another character who’s stronger than him but it’s nowhere near as impressive I understand isekai cliches but do they really need to be valued over the actual development of characters
