I need help structuring time to learn!

I've got the tools, I've got the tutorials (Udemy online courses), and I've got the desire, but finding time to sit down and draw has been really hard.

Between chores, errands, parenting, work, I'm exhausted by bedtime and I either don't have the time to sit down and practice technique or my energy is depleted and I just want to turn my brain off.

What are the tricks you all have used to surmount this problem? Thanks!
