Why is ULTY at 6.05

I woke up this morning and ULTY is down a lot, I remember someone on the form saying if it drops below $6.10 to start side eyeing it. I’m new to this and am still learning, I understand something happened with tariffs today and was wondering if anyone could give me some further insight and let me know about the pros and the cons about today’s effects. Since it’s so low now is the time that I should buy correct? Thanks everyone.
