Nausea help!

I need advice! I’m 5 weeks and 6 days and the nausea already started last week and then just hit me like a TON of bricks overnight. I haven’t even made it to my first OBGYN appointment and I’m honestly not sure how I’m going to physically make it into the office with how I’m feeling. Like I can barely walk without starting to throw up (lucky I work from home). At this point my husband would have to wheel me in with a wheelchair. 🫠
