Need thoughts on this idea!!

So I worked on a startup idea around 1-2 months. I thought there is a gap in Indian grocery market even after the quick commerce like Zepto,Blinkit etc.

I saw a gap in market that there is an issue of stocking monthly bulk groceries, we have to juggle through the multiple quick commerce apps for better discounts and still they lack convenience of better delivery packaging for big orders and unprofessional delivery partners behaviours etc. And at the end if the deal is not good enough than we have to go to the offline local kirana store to buy the remaining groceries items.

So I thought what if there is an one app that fulfills this gap and offers a whole monthly groceries on one app with a bulk prices so we can stock easily for monthly groceries with proper delivery packaging and also add on the professional delivery service with van and trained delivery partners not temporary gig workers and create a different niche for bulk grocery buyers.

But the question is do really people want this? Or they are satisfied with buying scattered monthly groceries with q-commerce, local kirana store, etc?
