Question about Gundam Seed HD Remastered

Hi all. I wanted to watch Gundam Seed HD Remastered, I want to know, how much new animation compared to the old animation is there?

Other than the opening and ending, does they change any of the soundtrack, like Sunrise did with Code Geass? Thank you.
