Elevator / Escalator at Ottaviano Metro Station?
Heading to Rome in October and traveling with my elderly parents. They don't need wheelchairs but steps can be an issue, so having elevator or escalator access would be ideal.
I checked atac's website under transport accessibility and it states:
All metro stations are accessible to passengers with reduced mobility with the exception of metro line A stops Spagna, Barberini, Repubblica and Vittorio Emanuele, which do not have lifts or stair lifts connecting with the platforms.
So Ottaviano is not on the exception list.
I also see https://www.romasitrasforma.it/en/intervento/sustainability/redevelopment-metro-line-stations-ottaviano mentions the following :
Activities will include the replacement of parts for transfer systems (escalators, elevators) to promote accessibility
So does Ottaviano have elevator or escalator access?
