LONG TERMER - POW

Dear friends in misfortune,

as some of you may have seen, I have posted several times on this thread, always with high expectations that the phase 2 data would be positive.

My position of 50K shares at an average price in the .20s allowed me to hold on while waiting for the data, even though I was up several tens of thousands of euros. I wanted to see if my thesis would hold up or if I would be screwed. I would say that the latter won, even though the thesis was correct and the objective data was in our favour.

I didn't sell a single share when I could, and now I'm obviously paying the consequences. No cry at the casino.

That said, however, there is something that doesn't quite add up in terms of the numbers involved in what happened. Suddenly, there appear to be 150 million short shares in the dark pools, and these are likely to be naked shorts. The thesis that the price has plummeted due to short attacks is plausible, but in my opinion, it does not explain everything.

The company says it used its ATM sparingly and issued a press release to this effect, as if to justify what was happening. Here too, something doesn't add up. How is it possible that we decided to:

- announce the ATM increase to 100M on Thursday evening and then give updates the following day about the new addition to the advisory board? Didn't they know that the first announcement would kill the momentum? Couldn't they have reversed them? MMM quite strange decision.

- After the announcement of the phase 2 data, given what was happening, they decided to issue a new press release stating that they had 50 million in cash and did not need to use the ATM in full. Again, couldn't you have included this detail in last Thursday's ATM press release?

Are these coincidences? I don't know, but I doubt that a management team is so clueless that it has to justify itself, yet that is what it appears to be doing. I'm not blaming them, but I can't help thinking that there is some kind of involvement on their part.

No delusional posts because I chose to hold and I don't regret this choice. I've done much worse stupid things and I know how to recognise when the mistake is in my reasoning and when it's due to circumstances beyond my control.

I will protect my initial capital with a breakeven SL and see if we'll get there, or if I have the opportunity to hold and see what happens in the coming months.

However, it remains clear that this game is literally designed to take money away from retailers and put it into the pockets of those who know how to play.
Good luck to y'all fellow degenerates
