UC Application Error

Hiii, I’m trying to submit my application for UCs and it won’t let me. I’ve gone over all my information, verified it. It’s all complete but when I press start submission, it only turns orange and leads to nothing. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening? Thank you!!
