Anti tnf and bicuspid aortic valve/4.5cm AA

Is being on remicade something to worry about with an aortic aneurism and a bicuspid valve? I keep getting weird ecgs that say previous inferior infarction. And im struggling with bradycardia in the 30s. Any tips?
