Is there a tool that can open packs automatically and keep the dupes higher than certain rating?

Let's say, I have 100 packs, most of them are 89 exchange packs. I want to open them in one click. When dealing with dupes, I want to keep any dupes higher than 88 and quick sell the rest.

I have fc enhancer, paid verison. But I don't think it can let me do that. It can open packs automatically, but it won't let me decide what dupes to keep or dump. It just send all the dupes to storage.
