HOW TO GET RID OF DISTRACTION
Class 11 JEE aspirant here (2027 target). I actually want to study. I know why I’m doing this, I know it matters… but my brain just doesn’t listen.
Every day starts with a plan — ends with scrolling, random AI convos, useless memes, and short dopamine hits. I uninstall apps, I make time tables, I romanticize the grind… but nothing sticks.
Sometimes I even open my book, read 2 pages, and my hand automatically reaches for the phone. It’s not like I hate studying — I just can’t stay with it long enough to make it a habit.
I'm not here for pity or "you’re not serious enough" comments. I'm just genuinely asking — if you've ever broken out of this loop, how did you do it? What actually worked?
Any real habits, systems, mental hacks? How to turn this scattered brain into a weapon? Would appreciate grounded, non-corny advice.
