Odds of Getting Accepted to med school with under 3.5 BCPM GPA

Just looking for some thoughts as I’ve just graduated with a Bachelors in Health Sciences but I think my GPA is too low to have a shot. I was planning on working in a hospital during my application cycle while also taking the MCAT. I don’t have any professional research experience but I do have a lot of volunteer hours both clinically and non clinically. Happy to give more info just message me. Thanks
