Planning on doing a Chinatown food tour. Absolute must stop places?

Deleted my thread from yesterday, but if anyone saw it, I ended up deciding to go with Chinatown over downtown. Anyway, I'm looking to do my own food tour and I'm deciding on where to stop at. I appreciate any and all recommendations in the Chinatown area.
