Help hunting mountain goats

Id like to get a diamond mountain goat, they look very good, especially after the rework but I have some questions as I’ve never hunted a animal without a drink (besides birds)

1. Askiy or SRP? I think Askiy has a smaller zone but it seems like it may have more brush and is covered in snow so it may be harder to find them for feed zones.

2. For drink zones, you must find all of your zones to get consistent respawns. Do Feed zones for mountain goats work like this too? Do I need all my zones?

3. Tips for finding feed zones?
