MCF of a third-party partner products?

We sell on Amazon (FBA) and on our own website (MCF)... works well.

We have a partner that wants us to put their related products on our website. Can we use MCF to ship a third-party product? Or do we need to send the order to the partner and the partner files the order with Amazon MCF?
