Meniere's Disease/Vestibular Migraines!
Hello,
Back in 2019, I went to the shops one day and felt slightly faint. I didn’t think much of it and went home to sleep. When I woke up, my vision wasn’t normal I’m unsure how to describe it, maybe sensitivity to light or distortion. I went to the hospital, but they didn’t think anything of it. Mind you, I live in a country town, so healthcare is quite limited and not very good.
Anyway, my condition worsened, and I started experiencing ear fullness, vertigo, vision problems, headaches, tinnitus, fatigue, and even derealisation. It has gotten to the point where I can't travel or leave the house I spend a lot of my time just lying down or sleeping. It’s seriously impacted my quality of life.
I’ve tried Betahistine among other medications and have been on it for months, but I feel like it doesn't really help. I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend anything that might make a difference.
