How am I supposed to know if a woman is interested in me?

I do not pick up on flirting, I take things very literally. When I think that maybe a woman is flirting with me I rationalize it.

How do you decipher? How do I flirt back? I know this is simple but I find it very hard. I can feel sexual tension/attraction from men but I have a much harder time with women. Help a girl out?? ♥️♥️✨️✨️
