At Fault Hit and Run

FYI am under 18 and have my license for two months now.

I got a call from the police saying that I had been in a traffic accident from reports of a witness at a place I had recently been in and that I need to come in so they can inspect my vehicle for just a few seconds.

l inspected my car and I have no damages other than tiny dents and scratches from other people hitting me.

At the time it did feel like I hit something but just barely noticeable so I brushed it off as I thought it was something on the ground as the roads were very broken down (very dumb of me) but in the moment I still noticed after looking for a bit at the parked car I could have hit and saw no damages on the it so l brushed it off even more.

How should I go about this and what are the consequences for someone under 18? How worried should I be? Please help.
