Any good resources for private landlords or rentals in town?

Looking for a somewhere to move as our current place is being sold. Ideally it would be nice to find a private landlord and not have to deal with some ridiculous property management company. Any resources for that or rentals outside of facebook marketplace. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
