Why didn’t they let Gracie back on?

However, what confused me is after the lightning warning went away and the rain stops, Tyler’s set then sits empty, as does Gracie’s, for nearly 30 min (only signs of life are Tyler’s lights turning on).

I don’t get why that time window where the crowd were just standing, she couldn’t have finished? That is more than enough time - 10 min is all she would’ve needed to finish or even do a brief encore. Oh well..
