taking a t break

hello !! i honestly havent taken a t break in a while and even then, the breaks i would take from smoking really wouldnt be that long. i bought myself a 3g disposable abt two weeks ago and it is already empty. needless to say, my tolerance has been high for a while now and im kinda ashamed abt it… does anyone have any advice for taking long breaks? (im planning on close to a month)
