Are there any low risk anxiolytics?

I have read about azapirones especially buspiron and that sounded like a dream for someone with AvPD. (low potential for addiction and good anxiolytic potency coming close to benzodiazepines)

Unfortunately there a literally no substance like that on the market where I live. Is there maybe something like this on the RC market?
