Idea: for OSRS vets

Similar to rs3 vets with the capes. The same people that have 10/15/20 years of playing the game in OSRS either Hans gives a cape or some type of veteran insignia next to our names. 20 years of playing the game and would do over again in a heartbeat. Never forget getting through tutorial island leaving Lumby and killing a cow and then dying from a cow.
