Curious - storing syringes, supplies

I am curious how/where does everyone store their syringes, alcohol swabs, etc. Especially the ones who’re keeping a “secret” of their weight loss journey from others? I have it in my kitchen drawer. However, I feel like whenever guests come over, they may accidentally open that drawer 🫣 I haven’t told anyone except some of my family members.
