Formlabs Creator Tough Resin on Anycubic Mono M5s

Hey amazing minds of resinprinting, Im hoping you guys can help me. Im trying to use some Formlabs creator tough resin on my Anycubic Mono M5s and an having horrible luck actually getting it to print.
So far i've either had complete failures or the models come out looking very rounded and missing a lot of details. The only information Formlabs gives is for the Anycubic Mono 2, which I believe is very different from the M5s.

My biggest confusion is for lift speed. how do I turn 60+120 mm/min into something the anycubic slicer can read? It seems extremely slow if it's a direct conversion to mm/second.
