Issue with shadPs4

I've been trying to emulate Bb but I accidently installed an older version of shadPs4. Then I tried to update it to a more recent version after checking for updates. But when I do try to update, it doesnt actually install as the check for updates at start up notif still pops up after restarting.

When I do try to update the console thing displays lots of red text. One bit of text I could see was "PermissionDenied:"

This would be an issue I could ignore, but Bb does not launch. some stuff the console thing said was "Assertion Failed" and "Insufficient system resources to complete the requested service"
