Do the estore mystery boxes have a limit on how many u can get?

I got deluxe for the first time recently and was super excited to use my ganz estone points for the quaint cottage box but after i got the box twice i havent been able to see it even on the ganz estore :/ do these boxes retire super fast or smth?? kinda bummed and have been waiting to see if it will pop up again for me but so far no luck ://
