Anyone else disappointed in the 2024 version?

Tried playing day 1 and they had the obvious issues. No worries decided to shelve the game, I kind of forgot about it until I saw it in game pass decided to give it a go.

Decided to travel around my area of the suburbs. It went pretty okay with a few stutters here and there.

Decided to fly around vegas and the strip and the game came across as choppy and laggy. Like im taking maybe 20 fps type of lag.

Im on the series X so I have no control to optimize settings but does anyone else feel the same way about the game? Any hot fixes?
