Need a little help.

So, basically I’ve been taking care of my grandma who has dementia since September fulltime, so I haven’t been able to work. She gets social security every month but it’s literally just enough to cover the bills and get minimal groceries. I have a dog, her name is penny and I’ve had her since I was 16 and she’s 24 now. I had to take her to the emergency vet about 6 months ago because she could NOT stop throwing up in over 24 hours, she couldn’t keep anything down. I now have to get her prescription dog food from her vet to keep her from doing that, and this month I just can’t seem to find any friends or family that are willing to help. It runs about $30. If anyone is able to possibly help, I would MASSIVELY appreciate it. I’m not one to ask for handouts but my dog is my baby and I’m desperate. If able, my cashapp is $brokebijmads.
