Week one rough start

tarted my first injection 4 days ago. 2.5 mg. Have had constant diarrhea for the last two days. With acid sulfur burps and nausea. Anyone else experience this, and did it clear up after the second week? I've lost about 4lbs already and I noticed the food noise dissipating and feeling full much sooner.
