Is this defective

I just got this last thursday. I setup everything then I noticed this last night. Is this normal burn-in bleeding from black? I have samsung care + . I am worried in a long run if i just ignored this. Will samsung able to send a replacement or fix it to authorized shop? Need helpnon what to do. Thanks.
